How far am I from my next standard?
Your next one is the Coupe du Québec A in the 200 m breaststroke: you need to drop 2.65 s.
And my 100 free?
Long course, your best is 47.92, from nationals. That’s your best time.
My right shoulder’s been sore since Tuesday. Provincials are on March 14, and I don’t swim Fridays anymore.
Got it. I added provincials to your calendar. If the pain doesn’t go away, see a physiotherapist.

Here’s what I read:
I won’t save anything until you confirm.
Ask anything, any time: yesterday’s set, your next race, this week’s plan. Coach+ answers with your real times, remembers what you tell it and even reads the whiteboard. Included with Comet+.
Answers based on your times and standards. Ages 13 and up. Not medical advice.
On iPhone, Comet reads your swims from the Apple Health app. On iPhone and Android, it brings in your official results. More connections are on the way.
On iPhone
Comet brings in your last six years of swims and writes nothing to the Health app. Run the import again to add new ones, with no duplicates.
Swims recorded on Apple Watch with the Workout app come in through the Health app too.
iPhone and Android
Your best times, then every meet, with their official times.

“I used to know my race times, and that was it. Now I can see what’s happening in training, and how I’m feeling, week after week. It’s completely changed my conversations with my coach. And when I go back over my races in detail, I finally understand where I’m losing time.”
“My friends at the club and I compare our weeks. It makes you want to show up, even on Saturday at 6 a.m.”
For clubs and coaches
Become one of Comet’s first ambassador clubs: invite your swimmers by link, QR code or club code, and follow your roster on a free web dashboard. Each swimmer chooses what to share.
No. Comet has no sensors and doesn’t detect your turns or your strokes. At every wall, you or someone on deck taps the screen, and Comet takes the length time. Before saving, you can fix a time or add a missed length.
On iPhone, if you swim with an Apple Watch, Comet can bring those swims in from the Health app, with what the watch measured.
Yes. From age 25, Comet places you in your masters age group, in five-year bands (25-29, 30-34…), with the same tools as everyone else: the stopwatch, your best times by event and pool, meet results import and training plans.
Without a club, your sessions stay private. If you join a club, your sessions are shared with it by default; pick “Private” before saving to keep one to yourself. The club sees your name, age group, shared sessions and training volume; your coach also sees the notes, effort and wellness signals of those sessions. Neither ever sees your email or the day you were born. If you choose, the club also sees your competition results and your birth month.
If you create your account at 14 or older, your public profile is on by default: other Comet swimmers see your name, club, age category, best times and badges. You can turn it off anytime in Settings.
We don’t sell your information, and your swim data is never used for advertising. You can view, correct or delete your information anytime.
If you use Coach+, your questions and your swimming context are processed by an AI provider in the United States: see “What does Coach+ do with my data?”
During sign-up, Comet asks for your date of birth. If you’re under 14, you enter a parent or guardian’s email: your account stays on hold until they confirm.
Your parent gets an email with a secure link, reviews the request, then confirms with a 6-digit code sent by text. Your account is activated as soon as that’s done. Your parent can then view, correct or delete your information anytime.
Comet is on Android through Google Play and coming soon to iPhone through the App Store. Your account also works in a web browser, on a computer or a tablet.
In the app, open results import and log in to the account where your official results are published: Comet brings in your best times first, then your meets, with their official times.
Comet never sees your password. If the import stops partway, come back later and tap “Continue syncing” to pick up where it left off. Import is part of Comet+, in the iPhone and Android app.
On iPhone, Comet brings in your swims from the Apple Health app, including those recorded on Apple Watch with the Workout app. It only reads them: it writes nothing to the Health app.
Strava, Health Connect on Android and a Comet app for Apple Watch are coming soon.
Coach+ is Comet’s AI assistant. It answers your training questions with your best times and standards in mind, builds or adapts a workout from Comet’s library, and remembers what you tell it, letting you know what it noted. Coach+ is part of Comet+.
It works alongside your coach, never in their place. Its answers are not medical advice: it never diagnoses anything, and if something hurts, it points you to a physiotherapist or a doctor. Coach+ isn’t available in demo mode.
When you write to Coach+, Comet sends an AI provider based in the United States your question, the conversation so far, your training profile, your age and race category, up to 15 saved notes, your best times and standards, your recent and upcoming sessions, your pool names and what’s on your screen. That’s how it answers with your real numbers.
A photo or PDF of a workout you show it is sent to be read: Comet keeps only what was read, never the file.
Comet never sends it your name, email or date of birth unless you type them yourself, and Coach+ never touches a race result. Coach+ is offered from age 13: nothing is sent for an account under 13.
No. The club dashboard is free, read-only and on the web. It shows the swimmers who joined the club and have an active Comet+ trial or subscription. Each swimmer handles their own subscription.
Comet+ is US$59.99 a year (that’s US$5.00 a month) or US$9.99 a month on the monthly plan. In the iPhone and Android app, a free trial comes first: 7 days on the yearly plan, 3 days on the monthly plan. On the web, your subscription starts when you pay, with no trial. Plus applicable taxes.
Your subscription renews automatically. Cancel anytime where you took it: in the App Store or Google Play from the app, or in Settings › Manage my subscription on the web.
